Adult Schedule:
Small Group Training 3 days a week combine with open gym training twice a week that is customized to meet your individual fitness needs and scheduled.
High School Schedule:
Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday
Golf ,Tennis, and General Fitness Training
Class Times (All P.M.): Girls - 6:30 Boys - 7:30
Rates:
Single Flat Rate about the same cost as one(1) session a week with a personal trainer.
